For Photoshoots:

• I do not shoot cosplays which show a lot of skin (male or female). That would include swimsuits, bikini armor, or anything which covers very little. That also includes costumes which would be rated R. This is a personal preference on my part. I try to cosplay modestly myself and want to promote cosplayers who are also modest. 

• Continuing from the above stipulation, I also don't do shoots which would be classified as sexy or budoir. If you have a question please fill out the contact form on the previous page to ask me.

• I prefer to book shoots at least a few weeks out. This gives us time to discuss and arrange the shoots as well as the locations. The only exception to this is when booking for conventions so long as I still have a space in my schedule.

• Convention shoots will be limited to 1 hour or less. On location shoots are normally a minimum of 1 hour due to the time it takes to travel and set-up.

For Photos (After the shoot):

• All photos and copyrights belong to me the photographer. After doing a shoot with me, I will give you a limited license to use the low-res photos on social media and other non-commercial purposes. If you receive as part of your shoot or buy high-res photos or advanced edits which come with a print release, you may use these for commercial purposes which earn you money (selling prints, etc). Neither license extends to 3rd parties. If you wish to be featured in a TV show, major magazine, or by some other 3rd party company, the 3rd party must contact me directly to arrange and pay for a license.

• On the flip side, I retain all rights to sell or use your images. However, I will contact you to inform you of what I am doing with it if the use extends past social media or marketing. If you are uncomfortable with any use of your images, please contact me and we can discuss it. I will never dramatically alter or distort photos of you. I will always credit you and link to the website or social media account of your choice.

• When using any of my photos (with or without a watermark) you must credit me and link to this website or one of my social media accounts.

I know this all sounds like a lot, but it's all in the contract I will ask you to sign at the photoshoot. This is all to keep each of us safe and our rights intact! If you have any questions, send me a message via the contact form on the previous page.
